“El Programa Hispano is a culturally specific, non-profit organization serving the community since 1982. Our mission is to “advance racial equity and social justice through the power of our Latine culture, community, and self-determination.”
It’s been an honor to work with El Programa Hispano, a non-profit organization that supports approximately 32,000 individuals each year through programs focused on Economic Sustainability, Education, Community Wellness, and support for survivors of Domestic and Sexual Violence.
When they approached me, their website was extremely outdated and no longer met the needs of the community. It lacked both accessibility, clear access to vital services and was not dual language. I collaborated with their team to reimagine the site structure, using wireframing and storyboarding to rethink how their content was organized and delivered. The goal was to create an dual language website experience that was not only efficient and informative, but also welcoming and visually engaging.
